Outdoor cooler temperatures increase dryness and freezing point temperatures cause the heart rate to work harder to keep the body at a stable temperature therefore, cardio workout efficiency rises not to mention the effect on our system by inhaling the winter fresh air rather than the sweaty stale gym air full of bacteria. Not to mention the hot and cold combination with steam bath and sauna.
